Can I return my custom order?

Custom/ made to order swimsuits cannot be retuned as each of these are cut and sewn to order dependent on the unique info provided at the time of purchase. However, if there is a problem please contact us and we will do what we can to make it right!

Pre Made/ Ready to Ship Returns

You can return or exchange your pre made suit within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us for return label and instructions.

Are there any shipping costs?

Orders in the US ship free! International order prices vary dependent on location.

Can I still change my order?

If you want to change your order, please hit "contact us" or email breeziestardust@gmail.com and we will see what is possible.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped we will send you an email confirmation with your tracking number.
Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours before the tracking is available. Can't track your package after 48h? Please contact us.

How long is the wait?

All pre made styles are already sewn and ready to ship. These will be on their way to you in just a few business days.

Custom swimwear will require a bit more time. Our current lead time is 2 weeks from the time the order is placed. Please keep in mind that this time does fluctuate through the year and is typically much longer in the spring and summer months.

How do I order a custom suit?

If it's not labeled "Pre Made," the suit is customizable! You can change just about anything on these suits we have featured. Cut, color, coverage, style, size etc. Generally, we will start with your custom measurements (bust, waist, hip, pant and bra size) this info will go in the order notes. You will be prompted to select a size through XXL, don't worry, the measurements you include will override or further inform this info.

If you'd like to further customize the suit, (say, change the coverage or color) this info will also go in the order notes.

What is the difference between custom and ready to ship?

Custom is made to order and constructed dependent on the unique information and detailing provided by you after your order is placed. Ready to ship includes all PRE MADE swimwear that has already been constructed and therefore cannot be customized.

Which fabrics can I choose from?

you'll notice we feature both Spandex and Velvets throughout the site. When ordering custom, you can chose either of these fabrics for any suit you like. (Velvet is absolutely fine to wear in the water)

Spandex is available in just about any solid color. Prints and velvets are only available in the options currently featured throughout the site. Fringe detailing can be added to any suit, but is also limited to the currently featured colors.
